Virtuous Education partners with Islamic schools across Australia to develop and licence Islamically-integrated curriculum that meets NESA and ACARA requirements, without compromising on faith-based learning. Below is how we work with schools, and what to expect from a partnership.

What We Offer

1. Flexible Licensing School licensing is scaled to your enrolment numbers, with multi-year discount options available. Every quote is tailored — get in touch and we'll prepare a proposal based on your school's size and needs.

2. Custom Unit Development We build bespoke units featuring:

  • Authentic Quran and Hadith integration within NESA frameworks

  • Adaptations for your specific cohort (e.g. EAL/D learners, gifted and talented streams)

  • Delivery guaranteed ahead of your agreed term start date

3. Syllabus Alignment Service Already have units you love? We can help you:

  • Embed Islamic pedagogy into existing curriculum

  • Update content to meet current NESA outcomes

  • Align materials with ACARA frameworks

4. Quality Assurance and Physical Delivery School-commissioned units are quality-checked by experienced, qualified teachers and reviewed by Muslim scholars, then printed and shipped to your school ahead of agreed deadlines. Curriculum supplied to schools is provided as physical, printed sets — we do not provide schools with digital files, in order to protect the integrity of school licensing arrangements.

How It Works

  1. Enquiry — Reach out via email with your school's needs and student numbers.

  2. Consultation — We discuss your curriculum goals, cohort, and timeline.

  3. Proposal — We provide a written quote covering licensing and/or custom development.

  4. Agreement — Once you're happy with the proposal, we formalise the partnership in a School Partnership Agreement, setting out licence fees, term, intellectual property terms, and delivery commitments specific to your school.

  5. Development and Delivery — Custom units typically require a minimum 12-week development period from receipt of your cohort specifications and signed agreement (with a 50% deposit). Minor updates are included free for 24 months post-delivery; major revisions may incur additional fees.

Licensing at a Glance

  • Licences are granted for in-class teaching use within your school for the agreed licence term.

  • Schools receive curriculum as physical, printed materials only — we do not supply schools with digital files under any licensing arrangement.

  • Schools do not acquire ownership of the curriculum — Virtuous Education retains underlying intellectual property, while your school receives ongoing rights to use the materials as set out in your signed agreement.

  • Specific fees, terms, and conditions (including payment terms, licence duration, and renewal) are confirmed in your individual School Partnership Agreement — not published here, as every school's arrangement is tailored.
