2.3 Information related to school collaborations Where we work with an Islamic school or homeschool group on custom curriculum development, the school may provide general cohort information (e.g. year level, class size, general learning needs) to help us tailor content. We do not request, and ask that schools do not send us, personally identifiable information about individual students (such as student names, dates of birth, or academic records). We do not use your information to make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. How We Share Your Information

A new owner, in the event of a business sale, merger, or transfer, with notice to you where required.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Overseas Disclosure
Some of our service providers (including Squarespace, Stripe, and PayPal) store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where your information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be handled consistently with the APPs, including relying on the data protection commitments of these established providers.
