Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains how we deliver our products and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions.
1. Digital Products
1.1 Delivery: Most of our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link by email, and access via your account where applicable. Delivery is generally instant; please allow up to 24 hours during high-demand periods.
1.2 Your responsibility: You're responsible for downloading and securely storing your files once they're available. We recommend saving a backup copy, as download links may expire after a period of time.
1.3 Technical issues: If you don't receive your download, or experience an issue accessing it, contact us at info@virtuouseducation.com and we'll resolve it promptly — please check your junk/spam folder first.
1.4 Refunds on digital products: Due to their downloadable nature, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, if a file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described). Contact us and we'll make it right.
2. Physical (Printed) Products
Digital downloads are our primary product format. From time to time, we also offer families the option of a physical, printed copy as an alternative to a digital file, and we supply printed copies exclusively to schools as part of a licensing arrangement — schools do not receive digital files.
2.1 Family and individual orders: Where a physical, printed copy is available for a product, this will be indicated on the product listing or confirmed by us directly. We ship within Australia as standard; for international orders, or to confirm availability and shipping costs for your location, contact us at info@virtuouseducation.com before ordering.
2.2 School orders: Shipping timeframes and costs for printed materials supplied to schools are agreed as part of your School Partnership Agreement and confirmed at the time of order.
2.3 Order tracking: Where a tracked shipping method is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2.4 Delays: While we aim to meet agreed delivery dates, shipping timeframes provided by us are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays.
3. Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products)
This section applies to physical, printed copies, whether ordered directly by a family or supplied to a school.
3.1 Change of mind: We don't accept change-of-mind returns on printed materials.
3.2 Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If your printed order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at info@virtuouseducation.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order details and photos of the issue. Valid claims will be resolved by replacement, exchange, or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 Return shipping: We don't cover return shipping costs for non-faulty items. For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an alternative at our discretion.
4. Your Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
