This booklet does two things. First, it gives educators a plain-language summary of NESA requirements for Stage 4 (Years 7–8) and Stage 5 (Years 9–10), so you know what you're working toward without having to navigate the full syllabus documents. Second, it provides a curated list of texts — novels, short stories, poetry, and film — that have been reviewed for Islamically appropriate content, making them suitable for study in Muslim households and Islamic school classrooms.
